Two primary projects. One sustained inquiry.

Each project has its own sequence, statement, and physical presentation. Together, they ask how movement can remain present even when the photograph appears still.

01 / PRIMARY PROJECT

The Stillness of Machines

A military fighter jet parked on a runway during sunrise with the sky transitioning from orange to dark blue.

Aircraft, engineering, and stored motion.

Aircraft are designed around movement, force, and distance. At dawn and along the flight line, wings, propellers, canopies, crews, and shadows become evidence of motion held temporarily in reserve.

02 / PRIMARY PROJECT

Water, Held in Passing

Studies in measure, force, and dissolution.

A calm body of water during a pastel-colored sunset, with the sky fading from pink to light purple, and a single partially submerged wooden post in the foreground.

Water becomes a measure of duration: first still and held by markers, then contained by surface and rock, then released as force, formation, and atmospheric residue.
